LEOPARDOS SOCCER TOURNAMENT RULES
These rules are to be followed by all Teams, Clubs and Academies that are attending the Leopardos Soccer League all times. Coaches, Team managers, players, and parents must follow all rules listed below. Failure in doing so will result in penalties for both the individuals and the team as well.
Only Coaches, Assistant coaches, Team managers, and players are allowed on the field at all times. Parents need to sit outside of the field behind the fence/gate. Parents are not allowed to enter the field no matter the circumstances. If the parents do not follow this rule, the game will be stopped no matter how much time is left. The time will also not be recovered. If parents are still on the field when told to leave, their team will immediately forfeit their game no matter their score.
Canopies are the only things allowed on the field. They are to have something under their feet in order to not damage the turf field (ex. cones, carpet, shoe, etc). Any chairs or canopies that are for the parents, they are to remain outside of the field behind the fence/gate. No exception.
All team members which include Coaches, Team Managers, players and parents are to be respectful at all times. Heckling at referees will not be allowed. No insults are to be given out at all times. Any person that insults or wants to incite violence will be asked to leave the fields. If they choose not to, first, the game will be stopped. If they still choose not to leave, their team will forfeit their game, and third their team will be banned from ever coming to Leopardos Soccer League.
All teams are required to bring the same uniform at all times to all games. If for some reason, your player does not carry a uniform, please bring something that closely matches the team uniform. If not, the player cannot play. All teams also need to bring at all times at all games their players identity to proof their players age. The teams need to bring league ID’s (SoCal, CalSouth, School, Passport), and/or a birth certificate/medical release from CalSouth.
Due to our flexibility with scheduling games, we also need teams to work with us in order to match schedules with other teams. Sometimes we cannot match all times and fields due to availability. Also, if a team is going to a tournament or wants a weekend off, the team needs to either play 2 games the following weekend. It is best to contact us in time in order to make the scheduling process easier for all parties. If a team does not want to play due to conflict, the team needs to forfeit and also pay the referee for the entire game. We understand that teams play in other leagues but our priority is to give the best experience to our participants in Leopardos Soccer League.
